Needles townhome community is located in the shadow of the San Juan Mountains at the base of the Hermosa Cliffs to the west the Needles Mountains to the east in southwest Colorado, just 23 miles north of Durango and two miles south of DMR (Purgatory) ski Area.
Travelling to the Needles Townhomes from the North or South is a scenic wonder land. Try to allow enough time to stop a few times to take in the beauty.
All our condos have ground floor access and private garage access directly into the condo. We have parking in front of each condo for one additional car, and additional parking for more or large vehicles close by.
